Before You Begin — Documents & Details Required

Please ensure you have the following documents and information ready before filling the application form. This will help you complete the registration without interruption.

Documents to Upload

  • Passport-size Photo — JPEG, PNG, or WebP (max 2 MB)
  • Government ID Proof — Aadhaar, Employee ID, or PAN (max 2 MB)
  • Recent Pay Slip — Latest salary slip for IFHRMS verification (max 2 MB)

Details to Keep Ready

  • IFHRMS Employee Number (mandatory)
  • GPF / CPS Number
  • Date of Birth & Date of Joining DoTE Service
  • College name, Department & Designation

Pay Slip Auto-Deletion Notice

Your pay slip document will be automatically deleted from our servers after IFHRMS verification is completed by the Secretary. Only your photo and ID proof are retained permanently.

Membership Fee: Rs.1000/-

Rs.500/- One time Registration + Rs.500/- Annual Subscription (Total Rs.1000/-). Payable via UPI after form submission. Pre-paid/offline members will be automatically verified.
